Scientific scope
Operational nomenclature does not establish a CSI collective state.
The current API and internal schema retain legacy field names such as inference and collective_state for compatibility. Those names describe implementation fields, not a claim that co-observed website visitors constitute a CSI-qualified bounded collective. Observatory outputs remain aggregate audience-pattern indicators and candidate evidence until collective-boundary qualification, composition logic, and collective-level validation are established.
